At Viryze, we're confident in our ability to help creators grow their TikTok following. We offer refunds in specific circumstances to ensure you're satisfied with our service.
TikTok Video Rejection Refund
Full Refund Guarantee
If TikTok does not approve your video for advertising due to policy violations or content guidelines, you will receive a full refund of your unused campaign funds.
This refund covers the entire amount that was not yet spent on advertising, ensuring you're not charged for services we couldn't deliver due to platform restrictions.
First Campaign Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the results of your first campaign within 7 days after the campaign end date, we'll refund the amount of the campaign, up to $100 USD.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- First Campaign: This must be your very first campaign created on Viryze
- Minimum Budget: Your campaign budget must be at least $30 USD
- Campaign Completion: The campaign must have run to completion without being paused or canceled
- Performance Gap: The actual number of views or followers must be significantly less than our estimates provided on the pricing page
- Timely Request: You must request the refund within 7 days of your campaign's end date
What "Significantly Less" Means
For a refund to be approved, your campaign results must be at least 50% below our estimates. For example:
- If we estimated 1,000 followers and you received fewer than 500 followers
- If we estimated 10,000 views and you received fewer than 5,000 views
Exclusions from Our Guarantee
The following situations are excluded from our money-back guarantee:
Paused or Canceled Campaigns
Campaigns that are paused or canceled before completion are not eligible for refunds. Our optimization engine requires the full campaign duration to work effectively and deliver optimal results.
TikTok Policy Violations
Campaigns that are initially approved by TikTok but later disapproved due to violating their terms of service during the campaign run are not eligible for performance-based refunds.
Subsequent Campaigns
Only your first campaign on Viryze is eligible for our satisfaction guarantee. All subsequent campaigns are not covered by this refund policy.
Low-Quality Content
Campaigns featuring low-quality videos, as determined by Viryze, that appear to be intentionally designed to perform poorly in order to qualify for a refund are excluded from our guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
Step-by-Step Process
- Contact Support: Email us at support@viryze.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide Information: Include your campaign ID, account email, and reason for the refund request
- Review Process: Our team will review your campaign performance and eligibility within 3-5 business days
- Decision: We'll notify you of our decision via email with detailed reasoning
- Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Please include the following in your refund request:
- Campaign ID number
- Account email address
- Campaign start and end dates
- Detailed explanation of why you believe a refund is warranted
- Screenshots of campaign results (if applicable)

5-10 business days to process approved refunds to your original payment method
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the campaign:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (may take longer depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund via an alternative method after verification.
Partial Refunds
In cases where some advertising spend has already occurred, refunds may be partial. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your campaign budget that has not yet been allocated to TikTok advertising spend.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by emailing escalation@viryze.com. Please include:
- Your original refund request reference number
- Additional evidence supporting your claim
- Detailed explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your campaign creation will apply.
